I love my new home. I have a studio with an enclave and love the updated fixtures, work-from-home rooms, and that there is a gym on-site. There is a grocery store nearby and a cute boba/Korean chicken within walking distance.

I currently reside in Allure 258. I moved in two years ago. I believe that I have the best apartment in the entire building. It is spacious, the longest counter you could ever imagine. I have bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment, beautiful windows that surround the apartment. I live in the apartment that is posted in all of the Advertisements for this building. I was fortunate enough to move into my place in the early stages of occupancy. It has been an amazing wonderful experience. When... I come home, I feel safe, and I live in a beautiful apartment. The management and property management team are amazing. The security guards are phenomenal. I’m going to miss this wonderful building. The only reason why I am moving is that I now need a three bedroom apartment. If anyone is interested in moving into the absolute best apartment in Allure 258 will you will experience comfort, beauty, and peace, please contact them. Thank you to the entire team at Allure. I appreciate all of you.

Insecure Area/ building. Break ins happen on a regular basis and management does NOT report it to residents. Will tell you to just file a report. Leasing management (management available in building) will tell you are barking at the wrong tree.
