Actual apartments are nice, and common spaces are always clean and neat. Front desk staff is super friendly. Management is not always easy to communicate with.

A lot of back-and-forth to get the lease finalized. Showed up to do the move-in and no lease was prepared and we were told we could not get our keys. I just made a three day move from Florida and had nowhere to stay. Fortunately, they worked it out in the 11th hour, but it was very stressful.
