If I can give below a 1 I would, poor staff management elevator always broker, my room as leaked twice and they did not cover the damages, our sink fell our fridge was broken down, 2 humidifiers were placed in our room due to the leakage very loud couldn't sleep, avoid this place!!!!!!

I lived here in 2019, it was a poor experience. The washing machines broke and were not fixed for a long time. There were a large amount of cockroaches in my apartment. An employee went through my mail without my consent. The building was ok all in all but these threes things were terrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would.....

First of all the elevators barely ever work.

There customer service is terrible and they overcharge college students.

On top of that when moving out they bill kids crazy amounts of money for absolutely nothing.

Would never recommend this place to anyone.

The University Centre is an amazing complex! it has so many features, has a great location, and best of all offers gated indoor parking! The only critique I would give is that the office staff and management leaves much to be desired. All the security officers at the front desk are amazingly nice and personable. 90% of them know my name and great you EVERY TIME you come in!! The place over all is a bit pricey(unless you get the double "dorm style" rooms - those are smaller but you still get all... the complex's facilities), but if you can afford it it's definitely worth it! As a student I can definitely appreciate the facilities for what they are. But they're definitely NOT apartments. They're glorified dormitories. For the amenities (gym, garage, security) it's a great deal in the area! A more mature student, however, might find more peace and quiet, and a lot less disruption from the smell of college...activities, in another apartment arrangement. For what I paid, I'm satisfied with the temporary arrangement. But would I sign another lease? Definitely not.
