For me, real estate has literally been a lifelong passion. My father was a residential contractor and I grew up learning about the business' received my real estate license in 2006. I've been in love with it ever since. I quickly built a thriving business and expanded by going for my broker's license. I currently work at EXP Realty servicing primarily, Essex Bergen and Hudson Counties. I focus on residential properties and work closely with many investors helping them "flip" properties for a profit. Most of my business comes from repeat and referral clients. "Most of my clients in my life, become my friends. So much of my business is repeat business or business that comes from my clients referring me to friends and family. It's been such a blessing." What keeps my clients coming back? "How hard I work," "I'm a great negotiator. It's one of my specialties." I started my real estate business with a focus on rental properties and many of my past rental clients come to me for help buying their first home. My slogan is " I treat every client like my only client." Each and every one of my clients receive personal attention and quick responses to any issues or questions they may have. My personality is one of my greatest assets. I'm naturally straightforward, honest, assertive and outgoing. "I basically say how it is. I don't beat around the bush," To market my listings, I use the Garden State MLS and all the major realtor sites, as well as social media. "When I'm working with buyers I always tell my clients, "The house buys you,'" . "I can pick out a house and in my mind say, ‘This is the house that's going to be for them.' And most of the time that's the house they end up buying. When you get to know your clients, it makes your job easier." My favorite part of the job is helping people, of all backgrounds, to achieve the American Dream of buying a home. "I love helping people in that way!" "I'm the person who makes that dream become a reality! Show less
